Hawaii Parkour Hawaii Parkour Hawaii Parkour is a community based around educating and re-exploring our bodies’ physical and mental capacity for movement.

As children we all loved climbing and exploring, jumping and rolling, laughing and learning. It is time we get back to that, while also being mindful of where we are in our own lives as well. Parkour, whatever it ends up being to you, should be first and foremost a betterment of yourself for yourself. Safety and ultimately the protection of yourself and those around you should be paramount. We have been educating and moving on this island for the past eight years and we offer classes to all those who wish to unlock their potential and move through their environment with a greater awareness of themselves and the world around them. On the note of awareness of the world around you, we as a community try to give back to the ‘aina as best we can by promoting the ‘Leave No Trace’ initiative and holding community jams to clean up and leave this world a little better than we found it.

Clips from at San Diego's Rogue Parkour Gym. I love this kind of free form training where group challenges, encouragement and inclusivity are the definition of the practice. Everyone has different skillsets and energy levels, different experiences that can help others reach success or make adjustments to further their movement practices.
