Here is an exciting opportunity for native plant enthusiasts! There are areas of Keālia Pond National Wildlife Refuge unseen by the public eye that are being restored to a Hawaiian dryland forest ecosystem. ✨This is one of the most rare systems in the world.✨

The objective for volunteers is to plant species that were once found in this area and to replace invasive Kiawe forests. Please note that working conditions are in hot and buggy areas of the Refuge with minimal shade.
