Our families in Koʻolauloa deserve access to quality healthcare, resources, and support close to home. Too many of our parents, kūpuna, and keiki have to spend hours traveling into town for care.
By filling out this Community Health Needs Assessment, you are helping give a voice to the real needs of our families and community. Every survey completed helps strengthen opportunities for more services, programs, funding, and healthcare access for Koʻolauloa.
