CTRI at Society for Brain Mapping and Therapeutics 2026

The Community Translational Research Institute (CTRI) was proud to participate in the Society for Brain Mapping and Therapeutics (SBMT) 2026 Neurotech Conference at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Our CTRI team contributed to the symposium, “Development of Impulse Regulatory Capacity in the Adolescent Brain: Promoting Mental Health,” bringing together interdisciplinary voices across neuroscience, mental health, translational science, and community health.

This activity created space for meaningful dialogue on adolescent brain development, impulse regulation, mental health promotion, and the future of neurotechnology in improving lives.

We are grateful to the Society for Brain Mapping and Therapeutics for the opportunity to engage, learn, and collaborate with global experts, students, researchers, and community partners.

CTRI remains committed to advancing community-based translational research that connects science, systems, and real-world impact.

Stronger together 🤝💚

Today’s partnerships meeting with the President of Move With Hope, Cassondra Marie Rose was a powerful reminder that real community health happens when we collaborate, listen, and uplift one another. From sharing ideas to building new connections, every conversation brought us closer to creating a healthier, more equitable future for all.

We’re grateful for the passion, expertise, and commitment each partner brings to the table. This is just the beginning. Together, we’re turning vision into action.
