In case you couldn't tell, we're on a bit of a break while we search for funding now that nearly all housing and environmental grants have been removed. 2025 was not the ideal year to be granted our license.

I understand it's a large undertaking, but the reason I licensed this nonprofit is due to the rollback of progress at the government level for the last 50 years. We're working towards eliminating poverty one aspect at a time. Housing first, because it is a one time investment with limited maintenance. Utilities second, as they require more maintenance right now. Food and medical tie for a distant third, as they require continued funding and would be challenging to maintain through community service. If you'd like to support us in eliminating poverty permanently, pitch in a little. It'd be nice to rely on policy choices to support missions like ours, but policy choices have proven unreliable.

At HumaniTerra Foundation, we know that it is the working class that holds this all together. With your help we can build a future where no one is left behind. Every donation will push us closer to building a world that provides an incredible, fair, standard of living for millions of people. How you....

Is this really what American government has become since the Citizens United ruling? At least they're finally being honest about it.

How people were ever conned into trickle down economics is mind boggling. People who continue to support the con are willfully ignorant. Poverty is a policy choice, and it's up to us to reverse course.

The Big C in the Room

Let’s talk about The Big C in the room, Capitalism. Few things on earth are naturally evil, but become evil when they get carried away with greed. This is the way capitalism stands in the United States. Capitalism by Force is, without question, evil. “Go get a job or starve. Go get a job or lose your house. Accept a loan for a chance at self improvement”, these are all definitions of accepting a contract under duress, and we CAN be better than this. I don’t really care how much money the big boss makes, as long as the people under them are fed, housed, and healthy. History teaches us that when greed takes over, we are met with violent revolution, and I doubt many here want to see another civil war. While we still have the opportunity to reach a compromise, we have a duty to the people of this nation to prevent a violent revolution.

There is a compromise we can work towards that will change Capitalism by Force to Capitalism for Fun, and it involves limiting what is allowed to be controlled by capital. With five trillion in cash coming into our government every year in taxes, it is long past time for us to free housing, food, and healthcare from the control of capital. Imagine for a moment how much money companies like Amazon, Netflix, and Tesla stand to gain if 60% of our income wasn’t going directly back into the pockets of property owners. Imagine for a moment how different their employment contracts would look if people weren’t concerned with losing housing in exchange for their services. This is mutually beneficial for everyone who doesn’t make their money off of rent and interest.

By purchasing and converting vacant corporate real estate and empty parcels of land into apartments with sustainable utilities, we are going to break the cycle that has held our people back since the 80’s. Our residents will not be asked for rent, they will be asked to participate in their community by helping maintain the properties. All of the tools are there for us to deploy, from solar windows and panels to fancy floor scrubbers. We built the empire state building in 1 year and 45 days nearly 100 years ago. Amazon warehouses, apartments, and strip malls go up in only 9 months. At only 40,000 per apartment (approximate cost) we could build enough to house our entire homeless population for 32 billion in less than a year. Even just California’s taxes could cover that, let alone the 5 trillion in taxes our federal government is working with.

We believe it is long past time for us to push past “work or die”. Most people will still work, they want their subscriptions, their nice cars, their games and televisions. Assuming that all people are too lazy to pursue self improvement is foolish, it doesn’t mesh with rich people's kids still going out and working. With all of the tools available to us ready to be purchased, deployed, and set free from the exclusive control of capital, we believe a better world is on our horizon. Capitalism under duress is in its final days, capitalism for fun is right around the corner.

I stand firm on this. Our organization will be live streaming everywhere decisions are made. Enough with the smoke and mirrors, public servants should have nothing to hide.

50 year mortgages are WILD. Yeah yeah, pay it off early. Who's making it to 70 without one accident, layoff, or upset boss giving your home back to the bank? That's not opportunity, it's an unreasonable expectation. Real opportunity is building people a starting point that won't be taken away.

The march of progress offers no protections to the most vulnerable. We're building communities that can withstand whatever life, robots, and AI throw your way.

Again, 5 trillion in taxes and they can't figure out how to lift people out of poverty.

50 year mortgage? So people can pay 3 times what their home is worth and work well past retirement age? No thanks. How about we just build sustainable buildings and let people live there. It's not even complicated, just not profitable.

5 trillion in taxes and our leadership can't figure out how to lift people out of poverty. Start with the basics. Housing, utilities, food, medical and watch them grow.
