I Call Them My Starseeds.

Welcome, I am Erica Founder and Co-Creator, HeARTist and mama of two very magical “starseeds”, Lucas 8 and Ella 5. When life decided to flow in the opposite direction I had originally planned for, like most of us I became scared and felt a bit overwhelmed about what the future might bring. This feeling mostly I felt for my children and their friends. As a self proclaimed positivity guru I decided it was up to me to “do something” wild and original if necessary to continue living my BEST life EVER! As a full time single mom, my main stress was balancing #allthethings. I realized very quickly I needed to simplify and shift my mindset. Things had changed, everywhere. I knew that in order to make the most of everything that I needed to change also.

I started small. My favorite decision was choosing to homeschool with out the influence of electronics. The gift of being present with my children and getting to learn the way they individually process blew my mind. My son is very science minded so I came up with creative ways to engage his curiosity. My daughter is a reincarnated version of Frida Kahlo and will literally turn anything into an outlet for art and creative expression. I choose to embrace an “unschool” school approach and my gosh did we have fun!

I’ve always believed nature is the best teacher, the best medicine, and the best friend a person can have. One day as my children and I were climbing the neighborhood Banyan Trees Vines a comet shot through my mind. I wanted to do this ALL THE TIME! Childhood goes so fast, and in that moment I decided I was going to find a way to “DO IT ALL” no matter what.

Ask and you will receive....... BOOM! Three months later after a ton of late night dreaming, manifesting, hard work, and pure luck through magical connections here we are. Wild Crafted Child is a way for children to be exactly that, children. We’ve all spent the past several months in a version of hibernation and now it’s time to WAKE UP and let our kids live a life safely engaged in their imagination with other kids. I feel so encouraged by what this program will create for our community and really hope you feel the same way too.
