Join your neighbors at the June 4, 2026 Zoning Commission hearing at 9:00 AM and make your voice heard in support of preserving the Rural Tier.

Comment cards will be available as you enter. Please arrive early, be parked, inside, and have your comment card filled out by 9:00 AM. If you are late, you will not be able to fill out a comment card or speak.

There is also construction at Vista Center, which may impact circulation and parking. The entrance to the building has shifted from the north to the east and west sides of the building, so please plan accordingly.

The Private School item is expected to be heard very close to the start of the meeting, and since it was postponed last month, it should be first on the agenda.

Let’s stand together and say no to urban sprawl of this nature. Preserve the Rural Tier.

Drivers should expect overnight ramp closures near Indiantown Road and I-95 for paving and roadway improvements.

• The northbound I-95 exit to westbound Indiantown Road will be closed overnight.

The Zoning Commission hearing is scheduled for June 4 at 9:00 a.m. at 2300 North Jog Road in West Palm Beach,.

The County Commissioners hearing is scheduled for June 17 at 9:30 a.m. at 301 North Olive Avenue in West Palm Beach.

County staff recommends denial of Calvary Church private school project

The proposed Calvary Church private school in Jupiter Farms has hit a significant hurdle after Palm Beach County's zoning board staff recommended denying the project

Breaking News: Palm Beach County zoning staff has recommended DENIAL of the private school proposal.

We are grateful that staff recognize what our community has been saying from the very beginning - this project is simply too intense and incompatible with our rural neighborhood and infrastructure.

The staff report now goes before the Zoning Commission at next week’s June 4th hearing (Vista Center 2300 N Jog Rd, WPB). However, both the staff recommendation and the Zoning Commission vote are only advisory. The final decision will be made by the Board of County Commissioners at the June 17 hearing (301 N Olive Ave, WPB)

We still need the community to show up, speak out, and make our voices heard.
