Selfless Love Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that leverages resources, expertise, and proven solutions to improve the child welfare system, creating opportunities for more foster youth to find their forever families and thrive in adulthood. We believe all children deserve a family, whether that is by being adopted or by being there as an extended family for youth that age out – we believe

family is everything. Collective Impact is a means by which people come together in a structured way to achieve social change. Selfless Love Foundation is the thought leader for adoptions and transitioning youth in the state of Florida in driving changes to policy, practice, and process to reduce barriers to foster care adoption. This is what allows the work we do to transform generations to come in a positive way. We are focused on impact. We work in three key areas to transform the lives of current and former foster youth though awareness and strategic partnerships: adoption, independent living, and advocacy.

💖Our Independent Living and Advocacy teams recently attended the Daniel Memorial Conference in Virginia. By connecting with youth with lived experience in foster care and child welfare professionals from across the country, they gained practical, innovative strategies to better support young people as they navigate life’s challenges and build the skills they need to thrive in adulthood.🚀

🎉Love is always worth celebrating! 🥰

🥳 Congratulations to 13-year-old Tavin, his parents, Ashlie and Jeffrey, and his new siblings as they begin this new chapter together. The now family of seven loves spending time outdoors, participating in sports, and going to Savannah Bananas games together.

⭐Tavin’s heartfelt wish was for his adoption to be finalized before the new school year, so that his football jersey could display his new last name. And his wish came true!💖

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒Tavin is one of the more than 60 children SLF has helped get adopted this year. 🫂 We are honored to stand alongside families as they grow together. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒🏡🌱

👥 Youth at Brown’s Harbor took part in “Lead Your Way.” The training was co-facilitated by resident Ke’la and Kyra, our Youth Engagement Coordinator. Together, they explored 🫡 leadership, the power of using their 🗣️voices, and the role they each play in creating change within their communities.✨

Genesis captured the message of the training perfectly when she said, “No one can be me.” Her words are a reminder that lived experience is unique, and every young person’s perspective has value.💓

💖Selfless Love Foundation has provided over 20,000 hours of training to youth, equipping them with the skills they need to succeed.🚀💫

💖Sometimes, the greatest growth happens when young people are surrounded by opportunities to connect, learn and belong.🌱 For Taliyah, participating in 🧰 trainings like Dale Carnegie, workshops, and attending the annual Brown’s Harbor 🎄Christmas Party, have helped her improve her communication and build her community.👥

Selfless Love is proud to support youth like Taliyah as they build confidence, independence, and the skills they need to accomplish their goals.🚀

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Our August Post-Adoption Support Group brought families together to celebrate milestones, discuss supportive services, and offer encouragement.💖 An inspiring theme throughout the evening was resilience, as parents drew from their own experiences to uplift one another and remind each other that no family walks this journey alone.🫂

💞Selfless Love Foundation is currently supporting nearly 300 families on their adoption journeys. Through our Selfless Love Families program, we walk alongside adoptive families and create spaces where they can connect, share, receive resources, and grow together.🌱

📚A new school year means new beginnings, and for some adopted children, a new sense of belonging. As the 2026–2027 school year begins, some of our Selfless Love Families are stepping into new schools, some are returning to familiar hallways, and some are excited to start the year with their siblings by their side! What a night at the ballpark! ⚾️

We are so grateful to Weber Ranch Vodka and Southern Glazer’s for choosing Selfless Love Foundation as their charity partner at the Round Rock Express in Texas! It was an incredible evening connecting with Express fans, sharing our mission, and raising awareness for children and youth impacted by foster care.

🤩We had a blast and are thankful for everyone who helped make the night so special!✨
