Proceeds For Rescued Paws - 501c3

Proceeds For Rescued Paws - 501c3 We are equipped with exclusive equipped Proceeds For Rescued Paws foster moms/parents "homes" for the dogs we rescue, for we do not believe in boarding a dog.

Proceeds For Rescued Paws - 501c3 is a small not for profit organization in Palm Beach County # 81-1616701 (FDACS ), that rescues the unwanted dogs and cats. Once the dog is rescued, the dogs get rehabilitated with all their needs in the foster home along with being assessed for the perfect forever home. We are also partnered with Sergeant Freedom K9 trainer Kyle Shaughnessy, who asses our

dogs and provides us with any and all behavioral training needs for rehabilitation, if needed. We do not do a straight out adoption on any of our dogs, if interested adopter, all dogs go into a "foster to adopt" 30 day process to insure a perfect fit and forever home for dog and family, and if any behavioral training is needed during foster to adopt process we are equipped and will provided it, for dogs may have behavioral triggers in their new environment that may have not shown in PFRP foster basement, for these are rescued dogs where new environments with different surroundings can trigger different behaviors. Our mission is to find the dog and family as perfectly matched as possible to help in further insuring a forever home for the dog and family. After 30 days, if it is concluded that it is indeed a perfect fit for the dog and family we approve the adoption and do not require a adoption fee. We do ask for a "donation of the heart" which is a tax deduction to the adopter. Upon providing the adoption certificate, a clause is stated on our adoption contract that in 10 days the adopter must email us proof of registering and licensing of the dog with the county, if not, they stand the chance to lose the dog and the dog be returned to us. Proceeds For Rescued Paws changes the information of the microchip and places us secondary on all our dogs. We strongly feel these two requirements are needed to help in keeping the dog safe and making the owner a responsible dog owner, and in addition keeping our shelter doors open so that unwanted dogs have a second chance at being rescued, loved and adopted into a forever home. We also provide free monthly outdoor social and training classes with Sergeant Freedom K9 aka Kyle Shaughnessy, to all our adopters and dogs in foster to keep our rescues close, socialized and happy! In addition to rescuing on our own, we also financially help other small 501c3 rescues, such as ourselves, by medically sponsoring a dog for another smaller 501c3 rescue, approved by our board, that may have the foster to rescue the life of said dog, but may not have the medical funds needed for the dog . We have experienced where we often do not have the equipped foster home for a dog we would love to rescue and save, but may have the funds or the means to raise the funds and for us it is about saving a deserving dog, us not having the room when another small 501c3 rescue might, so decide depending who is the 501c3 rescue, for they need to be close to our vet, and we step up and make the decision to partner with the 501c3 rescue and medically sponsor the dog in need. We thank you for your time in getting to know more about us! Pease be sure to visit our page to learn even more about us! For we do a lot more for the paws!
