Here's the letter with info on how to register!
Dear Alumni and all who attended Jud Public School:
We are looking forward to this summer’s gathering in Jud.
The official reunion will take place on Saturday, July 26, at the Jud City Park. We will begin with registration at noon and a 2:00 pm picnic meal, catered by Reister’s Meats from Streeter. We will use the picnic tables and shelters at the park. We will have limited tables and chairs, and invite you to bring your favorite lawn chair and spend time in conversation and memories. We will keep serving water and coffee until at least 5:00 pm.
We are doing our best to make this a full-day event in Jud. Service Dogs for America will be hosting tours on Saturday morning from 10:00 am to noon. They are hoping to have completed a partial renovation of their original kennels, and are looking forward to seeing people with ties to our community. They are the owners of the Jud School, and while it is currently unsafe to open to the public, they are in the process of applying for a large matching grant to begin the renovation of this historic building.
We also plan to have the City Hall open during the day, so that you can visit the trophies and class pictures of Jud High School that are displayed there. The City Hall will also be our gathering place in case of inclement weather.
On Saturday evening, we are working to organize an event with the Jud Bar & Grill that will support this local business and give everyone a chance to continue socializing into the evening.
Finally, on Sunday morning, you are invited to join Jud United Methodist Church at 10:00 am for their annual “worship in the park” which will take place in the Jud City Park, followed by a picnic meal with free will offering.
The cost for this will be $30 per Trojan, $25 for an additional adult (maybe more if they are a Wildcat, Ranger, Gopher or Oriole), $10 per child ages 6-14, and no charge for children under 6 years old.
Your ticket will pay for the Saturday picnic meal and will help to cover the additional costs of overhead and planning for this event. We have chosen to make the cost of the tickets the same as four years ago, hoping to have as many people participate as possible.

So, if you know of someone who attended Jud School and won’t be receiving a letter, please let them know it is being held, share the Facebook link, or send me their address and I will send them a letter. Also, if you think there is a chance that you have a new address for a friend or family member please send me their current address and we will send an invitation.
The deadline for registration is July 1, 2025.
You can register by returning the enclosed registration form with a check to the address on the form.
Additionally, you can register with Dayne at his Venmo account, -zachrison (Occasionally, it is very helpful to have the only name that a Google search recognizes.) Be sure to include all of the registration information as listed on the registration form.
