On Wednesday, Skaneateles lodge hosted a Third-Degree with support from Crossroads United lodge and Jordan lodge. We were honored to raise three brothers to the sublime degree of Master Mason. The ritual was excellent, and all participants enjoyed a wonderful sense of fellowship and oyster stew!

This golden urn, created by Paul Revere, contains a lock of George Washington’s hair. It is the property of the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts, and is tceremonially presented every three years on the Feast Day of Saint John the Evangelist, upon the installation of the new Grand Master of Massachusetts.

On Saturday, Memorial and Jordan lodges welcomed seven new master masons. We extend our gratitude to Memorial Lodge for hosting and executing an excellent degree. Congratulations to the newly raised master masons!
