If anyone sees this idiot on Joppatowne and Magnolia Elementary and Middle school's soccer fields, please call the police. He was speeding up and down the fields today while children were playing soccer, ripping up the fields. I am not sure if he was associated with anyone with the HSL swim meet that was also being held today at Magnolia Middle. He was also seen yesterday, driving out of the woods as well while the HSL was setting up for the meet.

I confronted he and his girlfriend on my way down from the upper field today, and let him know the cops will be called if I see him again. He was a young, no more than maybe 20 years old, white kid with dark, wavy hair.
