Joplin Area Organist's Association The Joplin Area Organist’s Association is a group whose goal is to promote the organ and organ music in the Joplin area.

Whether you read music or just enjoy listening, the JAOA is open to you. The only requirement for membership is an appreciation of the organs, organ music and organists. We are a group that is committed to building a friendly community around the wide variety of organ music and instruments including classical pipe organs found in churches and concert halls, theatre organs used to accompany silent movies, Hammond organ used with jazz and gospel music and reed organ from the Victorian age. JAOA is a mulch-generational group with a wide variety of interests and levels of experiance.

Just a reminder that our annual business meeting is this Sunday afternoon, August 30th. 2PM at the Park Plaza Christian Church. Enter at the north door labled "Fellowship Hall"

Bring your ideas for projects or events we should consider in the next year.
