Happy Birthday to our Assistant Executive Director, Beau!

Beau is steady and calm in every situation, and his wonderful leadership skills are such a gift to God’s Resort. But don’t let that calm demeanor fool you! His bright “yellow” personality means he is also goofy, fun-loving, and always ready to bring laughter into the room!

We are so grateful for Beau’s leadership, joyful spirit, and the many ways he serves our staff, residents, and mission. Help us wish Beau a very happy birthday!

💙 Have you ever wondered about our blue doors?

If you drive down Pearl Street, you may start to notice something about God’s Resort homes… every single one has a blue door.

All 42 of our homes carry this little tradition, and there’s a story behind it.

The very first home God’s Resort secured for the ministry had a blue door. As God continued to provide more homes and the ministry grew, we decided to keep it that way.

Today, those blue doors have become a simple way to recognize God’s Resort throughout the neighborhood, but to us, they also represent so much more.

Behind every blue door is a home.
Behind every home is a story.
And behind every story is a person or family working toward healing, stability, and a new beginning.

So next time you’re driving down Pearl Street, see how many blue doors you can spot! 💙

This time, we had the privilege of hearing the story of God’s Resort through the lens of Jay and Julie St. Clair. Their reflections were powerful, emotional, and filled with so much history, faith, and love for this ministry.
