Harry S. Truman Community Development Corporation HSTCDC owns and manages 61 rental units, available to those who qualify under income guidelines. We do not offer assistance, but accept it.

We offer housing to senior citizens, low-to-moderate income individuals and families, as well as military veterans.

ANGEL TREE CHRISTMAS ASSISTANCE SIGN-UPS ARE COMING!

Christmas should be a season of joy—and The Salvation Army of Jasper & Newton Counties is preparing to help local families make Christmas a little brighter for their children this year.
If your family could use a little extra help this Christmas, Angel Tree registration will soon be available for children ages 0–16.

Joplin Sign-Ups: October 9 & 10
Neosho Sign-Ups: October 13 & 14
Carthage: Dates, times, and locations coming soon!

Please review the flyer carefully for registration times, locations, and the documents you will need to bring.
And to our community: every child registered represents an opportunity for someone to share the love, generosity, and hope of Christmas. Information about adopting an Angel will be coming soon!

We are actively seeking low-income SPIRE Customers to enroll in the Spire Customer Charge Waiver program! If you qualify, the customer charge will be waived monthly for a year!
