"On my honor, I will do my best to do my duty to God and my country..." Our Scouts showed service to the fallen soldiers of Catahoula Parish this afternoon by assisting the American Legion Auxiliary Boyd-Mann Unit #163 with conducting their annual Memorial Day Program. We were honored to be invited to help with this special service. Remember and honor those who died to protect this country and freedom that we hold so dear.

This morning, in partnership with the Catahoula Veterans Network and other volunteers, members and family of Troop 21 placed hundreds of flags at the gravesites of veterans in the Natchez National Cemetery. These flags were placed for Memorial Day in remembrance of all veterans that have died. May we never forget the sacrifices they have made to serve and protect our nation.

🇺🇸 Volunteers Needed 🇺🇸

Join us at the National Veterans Cemetery on May 23, 2026 at 0900 as we honor our heroes by placing flags at each Veteran’s gravesite in remembrance of their service and sacrifice.

Following the placement of flags, food will be provided as a small token of appreciation for all volunteers.

They will also need volunteers on May 27, 2026 at 0900 to assist with respectfully removing the flags from each gravesite.

This is a meaningful way to give back and ensure Veterans are never forgotten. Your time and support are greatly appreciated.
