Today, I completed the interview of a lifetime. 🤍

I had the opportunity to share my story, my passions, my personality & the experiences that have shaped me into the woman I am today. While interviews can be intimidating, I have learned that the most powerful moments come from being authentic & allowing yourself to be vulnerable.

Our stories are not meant to be hidden. They are meant to create connection, bring hope & remind others that they are never completed.

I am so grateful for the chance to use my voice, not just to share who I am, but to inspire others to believe in the power of their own story. đź‘‘

Our Meet the Contestants event at made me feel like a celebrity for the day! 🦋

Getting to meet so many incredible people and sign autographs was such a surreal experience. I never imagined I would be signing the Miss Tennessee Competition program book! These are moments in this journey I will never take for granted!

This opportunity has pushed me outside of my comfort zone, grown my confidence, and reminded me why I started competing in the first place. đź©·

We had a blast yesterday at the Charlotte Tilbury Makeup Masterclass to kick off Miss Tennessee week! đź‘‘

This was such an unforgettable experience! I loved getting to learn new techniques and try new beautiful products!

As someone who loves performance and the confidence that comes from feeling your best, experiences like this are such a reminder that beauty is not just about makeup, it’s about creativity, self-expression, and showing up as the best version of yourself. ✨

So grateful for the memories, the inspiration, and the opportunity to be surrounded by so much talent and creativity! 🤍

Today I want to take a moment to recognize and thank the incredible people who have supported me throughout this journey. This opportunity would not be possible without the love, encouragement, and belief from so many amazing people in my life.

I am beyond grateful for my Board of Directors, who have invested their time, guidance, and support into helping me grow and become the woman I am today. I am thankful for my Papaw, my mom, my aunt, and my uncle for being constant sources of love, strength, and encouragement.

I also want to recognize my coworkers and my boss for supporting me, believing in my purpose, and allowing me to continue chasing this dream while serving others. Your kindness and understanding mean more than you know.

To everyone who has poured into me, challenged me, taught me, and worked hard throughout their own lives to help prepare me for this opportunity — thank you. Every conversation, lesson, and act of support has played a part in shaping me into the person I am today.

I am so blessed to have such an incredible village behind me as I step into this opportunity of a lifetime. 💙👑

Style is more than what we wear, it is a reflection of our confidence, personality, and the way we show up for the world. As a social worker, I have learned that professionalism is a powerful part of my personal style. The way I dress helps me create trust, show respect, and remind the children and families I work with that they are worthy of being met with care and confidence.

Style is one of the four points of the crown, and I believe true style comes from knowing who you are and carrying yourself with purpose. 👑✨

My community service initiative, The Sizemore Legacy: The Rhythm of Recovery to Ovation, is deeply personal to me. It is named in honor of my father, who I lost to overdose at only 8 years old. My journey is proof that even after loss, pain, and hardship, a legacy can be rebuilt through purpose, resilience, and the choice to create positive change.

To further my commitment and credibility, I have earned my Certificate in Clinical Addiction Studies, as well as my Masters of Social Work to equip me with the knowledge and skills to better understand addiction and continue fighting this crisis with compassion and education.

This is not simply a community service initiative for my time in the Miss America Opportunity — this is a lifelong calling. It is woven into my purpose, my education, and the work I hope to continue throughout my career.

I am honored to serve as an ambassador for Greene County THRIVES and to help support prevention efforts within my community. I also have had the privilege of teaching alcohol and drug education classes at Holston Home for Children, where I get to connect with youth and provide them with knowledge and tools to make healthy choices.

I have been able to take action by sharing my story and my message through various forms of media, including news interviews, The Greeneville Sun, and social media. Every opportunity to speak is a chance to reach someone who may need support, education, or a reminder that they are not alone.

Dance played a major role in my journey. Dance was a saving grace for me and showed me the power of having a positive outlet during life’s hardest moments. The positive influences I found through dance helped guide me toward a different path and inspired me to share that same impact with others. Now, as a dance teacher and choreographer, I use a more therapeutic approach in my teaching — focusing not only on technique, but also on confidence, emotional expression, resilience, and healthy coping skills.

My mission is to reduce the impact of addiction and prevent overdose by creating conversations, spreading awareness, and reminding others that hope and healing are possible. đź’š

As a therapist, dance teacher, and choreographer, wellness is an essential part of my everyday life. While much of my work as a therapist is spent behind a desk, I make it a priority to stay active by walking throughout the day and spending time in the studio teaching and choreographing. Dance has always been one of my favorite ways to care for both my physical and mental health.

Mental wellness is just as important to me. Whether it’s practicing self-care, setting healthy boundaries, or taking time to recharge, I’ve learned that taking care of myself allows me to better show up for the people I serve.

The initiative is a reminder that wellness is about more than appearance—it’s about building healthy habits that strengthen your mind, body, and confidence. Every step, every dance, and every intentional choice contributes to becoming the best version of ourselves. ✨👑

✨

The Miss America Opportunity has transformed me in ways I never imagined. Growing up, I was never a “pageant girl.” I didn’t compete as a child and didn’t begin this journey until I was 20 years old. I have lost way more pageants than I have won & every loss taught me to be grateful for the ability to even step on the stage.

As a local titleholder, I have grown tremendously in my confidence, purpose, knowledge, and ability to succeed. This organization has challenged me to step into leadership roles I once doubted I was capable of. Through every interview, appearance, and opportunity to serve my community, I have learned more about who I am and the impact I hope to make. Three years ago, the thought of a news interview terrified me. Today, I jump at every opportunity to share my voice and make an impact.

I am incredibly grateful for the growth, friendships, scholarship opportunities, and life lessons this journey has provided, and I know the skills I have gained will continue to prepare me for future endeavors long after the crown is gone. đź‘‘
