We are so excited for our Summer Fitness Camp! This year it will be Monday-Thursday, July 21st-31st from 8:30am-12:00pm! Children with a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 25 or higher are encouraged to sign up to participate in active games and lessons. We have two fun filled weeks with several exciting guest speakers including Brooke Ray(Miss Arkansas State University) and Parker St Pierre!

Summer is right around the corner and we've got a 6 week fitness camp Monday- Thursday from 8-11 am. This program is completely free and available to kids currently diagnosed with obesity. Sign up below!

It's almost time to get started, but we've got a big change this time around. Starting Monday Feb 28th, the afterschool fitness program will resume at 4:00 for kids ages 8-12. 15 Spots available! (8 Remaining)

At 5:00 we will begin our new TEENS program. Where enrolled students, aged 13-16, will engage in structured exercise and physical activity on the gym floor where they'll learn the basics of resistance training and weight lifting! 12 Spots available! (8 remaining)

Both classes are completely free of charge and last 12 weeks.

We're so excited to get the Spring session of the CHC underway! Classes begin March 1st at the NEA Baptist Clinic Wellness Center! This includes a free exercise class 3x per week as well as a weekly nutrition class! Sign up today! Child must 8-12 years old and have a BMI in the obese/overweight percentile.
