Greetings homeowners. My name is Ray Hill, the 2018 Chairman of the ‎Homeowner Association ACC Committee. I would like to take this ‎opportunity to thank Eddie Richardson for the outstanding services and ‎work he has done as the former Chairman, ACC, and assisting me with a ‎smooth transition into this position. Hopefully, all property request changes ‎have been processed, and you have already started or completed your ‎project. For those of you who have requested any changes using the request ‎form found on the HOA website and have not received a response, please ‎contact me using the email provided below. ‎

As your Chairman, ACC one of my primary responsibility is to ensure that ‎each homeowner is complying with the guidelines and rules contained in ‎the HOA covenant in order to keep our community safe and our property ‎value high. ‎

In an effort to achieve this goal, all homeowners are reminded of the ‎following: ‎

a.‎ Any changes, alterations, additions to the home structure must be ‎approved by the ACC committee. See Article V, para 5.02, HOA ‎covenant). ‎

b.‎ Any changes, alterations, additions to your landscaping, to include ‎trimming/tree removal must be approved by the ACC. (See Article ‎VI, para 6.05 & 6.06, HOA Covenant)‎

c.‎ All residents are required to upkeep and maintain their homes and ‎lots. (See Article VI, para 6.14, HOA Covenant)‎

These are just a few of the rules contained in the covenant designed to ‎ensure the upkeep of our community. To request approval for your project, ‎simply log on to the HOA website and complete the Change Request form, ‎attaching any plans and email it to [email protected]. The board will review ‎your request and respond within two weeks or less. My goal is to get you a ‎response as soon as possible so you can begin your project. If you have any ‎questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me using the ‎aforementioned email or by calling 678-478-4247. ‎
