Ex-Offenders Speaking Out is a Non-For-Profit Organization designed to help ex-offenders with making a holistic transition back into society. Weare a group of individuals who has successfully made the difficult transition from incarceration, and believe that we can best assist other ex-offenders who are making the same transition. Currently, The Council On Criminal Justice Reform is searching for options to prevent Georgia from spending more than $250 million dollars to accommodate an expanding prison population that will also hopefully reduce recidivism.
