We are excited to announce that Clayton County Public Schools will host its annual College Send Off on August 2, 2026, at the Mt. Zion High School, from Noon until 2 PM. We're looking for mentors for our students in the 2026-2027 school year.
To make this event a success, we kindly ask all mentors from your college/ university to collaborate and set up tables with school paraphernalia. This will be a wonderful opportunity to share encouraging information with students heading to your Alma Mater. If you'd like to provide giveaways at your table, please feel free! Please share with others that may have attended your school as well.

To confirm your participation and assist us in planning, please click https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScrOeP1QWd6YTQkx0hT5lhdB_FoJIJ_A1efFln_tygl_MVQTA/viewform?usp=header

We aim for each student to have someone they can speak with during the event. During this time you will be able to share experience, suggestions and contacts with the students.

Additionally, we are pleased to have a community pastor as well as a parent and student from last year join us to pray for our college-bound students and share their first year of college experience. If you would please confirm your attendance on or before July 24, 2026 by Noon.

If you have any questions please contact Sheree Smith at [email protected]. Can't wait to see you there!
