Chuck Long with Arkansas Game and Fish Commission came to see us today with lots of information on Arkansas animals. We talked about Bears, Red and Gray Fox, Beaver, Skunks, otters, Coyotes, Wolfs, Raccoons and Possums. He gave us lots of interesting facts and information. We learn some new things about Arkansas animals today. Mr. Long brought skins from all the animals that we talked about for us to feel and see. Thank you Mr. Long, we can't wait until he comes back and see what he has for us next time.

On July 3rd we celebrated with a cookout and a little water fun. The ones that wonted to get wet had water balloons and water guns. Everyone else enjoyed relaxing and enjoying the nice day we had. We had a good lunch of grilled hot dogs, potato salad, baked beans and chips. Then for dessert we had ice cream sandwich and nutty buddies. What a good start to the holiday weekend! Here is some pic's from our day.

We had fun playing Wheel of Fortune for mystery gift bags. All winners picked a bag, then at the end had the opportunity to swap with another winner before opening their bags.
