Eddie and Marlene have been visiting the Community Food Center – Jonesboro for about a year and a half. Living on a fixed income and managing significant major health challenges, the support they receive here truly makes a meaningful difference in their lives.

As an Army veteran, Eddie shared how meaningful community is to him. “The staff members are beyond great. Everybody’s a person here. We’re all one unit helping each other.”

“This place is more than shelves and groceries,” Marlene said. “Walk to the front door and ask for help. There is no judgment.”
