Focus, Inc. Focus, Inc. is a non-profit organization in Northeast Arkansas dedicated to serving individuals with disabilities.

programs consist of Adult Development, Early Intervention, Early Childhood, Arkansas Better Chance and Medicaid Waiver. was founded in 1978 as a non-profit, early intervention program. As the years passed, we added various services for older children and then for adults. We are governed by a Board of Directors, composed of parents of children with disabilities and disability professionals, and a Management Team led by a Director. Focus presently employs over 200 staff members in Northeast Arkansas. Focus targets individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those who are underserved, either because of the severity of the disability or because of the lack of family and community support. It is our goal to offer services that are capable of facilitating lifestyle changes and that meet primary needs. We also try to ensure that our services support the individual's presense in the family and the community. Focus wants to be an asset to the communities in which we work, to be a responsible employer of community members and to meet real community needs.

We are thrilled to share that Focus Inc. has officially joined forces with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library!
Sponsored by the incredible Greene County Community Fund, a special sign-up event was hosted at the First United Methodist Church in Paragould to spread early literacy awareness and, most importantly, joy to local families!
Through this amazing program, registered children ages 5 and under will receive a FREE, high-quality, age-appropriate book delivered right to their doorstep every single month. 🎁📖
Thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy the food, fun, and activities. Together, we are building a brighter, book-loving future for our community! ❤️

Bocce Ball Thursday at Portia was an absolute blast! 🎽✨
A huge thank you to Thrive for hosting such a fantastic event. Our incredible athletes from the Paragould Day Program attended and brought their absolute best energy, smiles, and competitive spirit. 🏆🙌
It was a wonderful day of fun, community, and great sportsmanship. We are so proud of everyone who came out and made it a memorable day for all in attendance! ❤️

☀️ A perfect day of memories at Jackson Farm! 🚜🌾
Our hearts are bursting with pride today! The Focus Inc. Paragould Adult Development Center crew had the absolute best time visiting Jackson Farm.
It was a truly wonderful day filled with a cool autumn breeze, beautiful sunshine, and the company of lifelong friends. Our days are always full when we invest time in our amazing peeps, but sharing them with the world around us makes it even more special. The smiles, laughs, and joyful experiences from today are simply unmeasurable! ❤️
A huge thank you to Jackson Farm for your incredible hospitality and for helping us make memories that will last a lifetime. We are so grateful for such a beautiful place to enjoy together!

Looking for a night of family fun? Focus Inc. is hosting our annual Harvest Festival and a FREE Trunk or Treat! Come out for an amazing evening packed with your favorite autumn activities.
