Focus, Inc. Focus, Inc. is a non-profit organization in Northeast Arkansas dedicated to serving individuals with disabilities.

programs consist of Adult Development, Early Intervention, Early Childhood, Arkansas Better Chance and Medicaid Waiver. was founded in 1978 as a non-profit, early intervention program. As the years passed, we added various services for older children and then for adults. We are governed by a Board of Directors, composed of parents of children with disabilities and disability professionals, and a M

anagement Team led by a Director. Focus presently employs over 200 staff members in Northeast Arkansas. Focus targets individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those who are underserved, either because of the severity of the disability or because of the lack of family and community support. It is our goal to offer services that are capable of facilitating lifestyle changes and that meet primary needs. We also try to ensure that our services support the individual's presense in the family and the community. Focus wants to be an asset to the communities in which we work, to be a responsible employer of community members and to meet real community needs.

Residents and nonresidents may fish from Friday, June 12 at noon until midnight Sunday, June 14, 2026 without a fishing license or trout permit. Regulations for Arkansas waters apply; daily limits and slot and length limits must be observed.

This is an announcement that our open enrollment period will begin on May 18, 2026 and run through May 22, 2026. During this time, you will have the opportunity to review and make changes to your benefits selections, including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, and any applicable supplemental plans.

Please note that there are several important updates this year.

We encourage you to carefully review all plan materials to ensure your selections best meet your needs. Any changes you wish to make must be submitted by May 22 at noon, as elections will remain in effect for the full plan year unless you experience a qualifying life event.
