✨ Did You Know? Medicaid Waiver Services Can Help You Stay Home, Supported, and Independent! ✨

Medicaid Waiver services give individuals with disabilities or chronic health needs the chance to receive long-term care right at home or in the community; not in a nursing facility.

From personal care and home health aides to respite care and adult day programs, these services help people stay safe, engaged, and thriving.

Georgia’s Most Common Waiver Programs Include:

CCSP – Community Care Services Program: Supports seniors and adults with disabilities who need help to remain at home.

SOURCE – Service Options Using Resources in a Community Environment: Combines primary care and case management for individuals with chronic health needs.

ICWP – Independent Care Waiver Program: Helps adults with severe physical disabilities live independently in their homes and communities.

🌟 Tarr Personal Care Homes Agency proudly partners as an ALS provider agency, subcontracting with licensed Family Model Personal Care Homes across Georgia (2–6 beds) to deliver compassionate, high-quality support in a home-like environment.
