Another property is sold and closed today!

One day I got a phone call, Lynette reached saying she and her brother needed help selling their parents home after several other attempts. I had a transparent discussion with them about pricing, the current market conditions, and the service that I could provide to help. Then waited as they would discuss.

As you can probably determine, I got the listing and put it on the market with quality photos to illustrate what this home had to offer. It worked. The house sold pretty quick to a family that had actually been watching it for some time.
