Change 4 Hope is a Life Skills Extension Program. We are dedicated to helping students form a Plan-of-Action for life after High School beginning with 8th-12th grades. We have a 90/10 ration formatted program. 90% of our excursions are life-skills driven and 10% of what we offer online education.

Join the Clayton County Youth Commission in collaboration with Team Management 2000 Inc. for a Teen Dating Violence Forum for youth ages 14-18. The event will be held at South Clayton Recreation Center, 1837 McDonough Rd. Hampton, GA 30228, Friday, February 25, 2022, from 5:30-7:30 PM. Registration in advance is required.
