As the school year comes to an end, we are using these last few days with our after-school kiddos to empower them and have fun! Check out these super cool affirmations bingo cards our students created! They really thought out their affirmations and were so happy they did when we played bingo as a group.

At our H.O.P.E. club program, we engage in an array of fun arts and crafts activities. We believe that giving our students the space to use their imagination will aid them in their future endeavors.

As Mother’s Day is approaching, we wanted to give our students an opportunity to get creative and show appreciation to their mom’s! Here are a few moments from our jumbo Mother’s Day card craft day. The students really got into and gave a lot of thought to what their mom’s would love. We’d say they did an awesome job!

The first part of the day for our students is a supportive homework block. Here at the H.O.P.E. Club, we not only offer but we promise to support our students with their homework and learning needs. Although we don’t offer tutoring services, we implement resources and objectives that can push them to classroom success!

Learning games that incorporate fun is one of our favorite activities here at the H.O.P.E. Club! Our counselors work hard to create these activities for our students. Not only are they learning, but they look forward to it! Whether its jeopardy or this all-new extreme math obstacle course, our students love showing off their learning ability.

Science experiment alert! Check out how our students used their engineering skills to manipulate pieces of foil into a raft! They had to mold the foil into a raft that could hold the weight of marbles without letting any water in.

We would say they did an awesome job! How about you?
