What a fun Guild meeting! 🧵✨

Thank you to Crisa Slusher for sharing helpful tips on creating a healthier sewing space and staying flexible while doing the hobbies we love.

The best part? Getting everyone up and moving! 😂 There was plenty of stretching, laughter, and good fun as we put some of Crisa’s suggestions into practice.

Thanks, Crisa, for a great program! 🪡✂️

🧵 Join us for our June Guild Program on Wednesday, June 3 at 9:30 AM!

Our program will be presented by our own Crisa Slusher and will focus on setting up your sewing room for better health, comfort, and efficiency — along with ways to help retain flexibility while enjoying the hobby we love.

Whether you sew, quilt, embroider, or craft, this program will offer practical tips to help reduce strain, improve posture, and keep you creating comfortably for years to come.

We look forward to a fun and helpful morning together! ✂️🪡

Lisa Folden and Betty Womack are administrators of our page. And as so, each year we are to assign the president and the historian access to the page and take off the previous years admins. So I will be completing that this week.
I will say that my husband and I were speaking only about blood pressure problems and both of our pages started having adds about this among other things! So maybe this will help with that also.

Thankyou
Betty Womack
