Meet our women’s house mom, Vannah !!!

I have to brag on her !! She has stepped up & blown me away by the way she took initiative and packed up the house to get ready to move ! She helped during the move and continues to help !!!

Vannah has 4 months sober and phases up to Phase 2 of Drug Court this month !!! 🙌

Buttttt , nothing and I mean nothing made me shout for joy the way I did this morning when she told me that she gave her life to JESUS CHRIST for the first time EVER last night at a recovery meeting at Faith Tabernacle!!! Whew ! 😭

This is what it’s all about ! Thank you Vannah for your heart to serve . And I am so very blessed to know we will spend eternity together with king Jesus !!! ❤️

If you have gently used towels and washcloths that you have an abundance of or are getting ready to replace- we can use them ! They always disappear when residents leave 🙃

Also- if you ever are looking for a way to donate to a good cause besides towels- both of our houses can always use paper products, cleaning products, laundry soap, trash bags, non perishable food items, etc. ❤️

Edit to add: we are also in need of a weed-eater for our men’s house 🏠

God is faithful ! We have secured a beautiful home to house our ladies !! We are in need of boxes /packing supplies ! Drop off is near Nettleton High School ! Would also love a few extra hands , trucks /trailers for the move (next week) if anyone wants to help ! I can sign off on community service hours 😂

It’s with a heavy heart that I am making this post—-the owner of our women’s house is going to be putting the house up for sale next month….i have been informed that we have 30 days to vacate. Unfortunately, it is not likely that we will find someone willing to rent to us for our ministry purposes in that time frame.

With that being said- I am looking to find sober living environment for 5 women. As of today, I have secured a place for 1 of them. They have all been sober for 3-12 months and have jobs.

Also, if you or someone you know may be open to renting to us within a reasonable price range — please text or call me. 870-243-6138.
