What happens when life takes you to your lowest point and you find the strength to turn it around?

On October 7, join the Will County Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition and Lewis University for an evening of HOPE. RECOVERY. COMMUNITY. Featuring nationally recognized speaker Tony Hoffman.

Tony’s journey is anything but ordinary. A former professional BMX racer and Olympic coach, Tony has openly shared his struggles with anxiety, depression and addiction. These experiences led to homelessness, crime and incarceration.

But his story didn’t end there.

Through recovery, resilience and determination, Tony rebuilt his life, returned to professional BMX and went on to coach Olympic athlete Brooke Crain to a fourth-place finish at the 2016 Rio Olympics.

Today, Tony uses his story to challenge stigma, start honest conversations and remind people that change is possible.
