The importance of providing GED instruction and testing to those incarcerated and without a high school education is paramount to reducing crime and enhancing many affected lives in our communities. Too often, young offenders turn to crime as a way to overcome horrible if not a challenging life at home. While CCC provides services in the Will County Adult Detention Facility, it is shown that it is never too late to learn and change the direction of lives through support and encouragement.
