🚨 Will County Sheriff’s Office Seeks Public’s Help in Joliet Homicide Investigation
The Will County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect(s) involved in the homicide of 34-year-old Branden B. Pierce.
On March 9, 2025, Will County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 1300 block of Pico Ct. in unincorporated Joliet regarding reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, deputies discovered that a residence had been struck multiple times by gunfire. The victim was located inside the residence with an apparent gunshot wound.
Deputies immediately rendered medical aid until the East Joliet Fire Department arrived on scene. The victim was transported to St. Joseph’s Medical Center, where he was later pronounced deceased.
The investigation remains ongoing.
