BSA's International Commissioner has reached out to the Ukrainian International Commissioner on behalf of the WOSM Scouting family in the United States to say that we have all of their Scouts in our thoughts and prayers.

Many within the Scouting community have asked if they can help Ukrainian Scouts. The BSA takes no position in politics of any country but does support the efforts of Scouting in humanitarian efforts around the world. Dennis the Menace artist Ron Ferdinand created this in celebration of the inaugural class of female Eagle Scouts. Ferdinand replaced the creator of comic Hank Ketcham when he retired.
