Following last Saturday's spectacular drone show and patriotic musical tribute in Coal City celebrating our nation's 250th anniversary, we're thrilled to be back in Grundy County this weekend!

The band will perform in Morris, IL on Friday night (June 26). Join us as we help kickoff the annual "Movies in the Park" series at the bandshell in Goold Park at 6:30pm. We'll usher in the movie "Cars" for a night of family fun, while we also continue the celebration of our country's 250th birthday. 🇺🇸🎼

The Joliet American Legion Band would like to wish a very Happy Father's Day to all of the Dads out there. We also offer our best wishes to those who have taken on a fatherly role in the lives of others.

We fondly remember those beloved Fathers who have gone on to their heavenly reward. May their time on Earth and the memories they left behind for us to cherish never be forgotten!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who attended yesterday’s concert in support of the band. We are truly grateful for your extreme generosity!

Our congratulations are extended to all who walked away with a winning raffle basket or took home a silent auction item. Enjoy!

What you may not realize is that your attendance helped the band to continue to fulfill the mission established by our forefathers 80-years ago this year. We aim to continue that mission for many more years to come! 🎼🎵🎶

P.S. We welcome you to join us THIS Thursday night at Bicentennial Park as we kick off the 52nd season of the “Concerts on the Hill” series. 🇺🇸

Let the countdown begin! Less than 24-hours remain until the annual "𝙎𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙁𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙩" kicks off at Old Central Church (15 S. Richards Street). Tickets can be purchased at the door for $15.00.

Doors open at 2:15pm. Concert begins at 3pm. We look forward to seeing you 𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗥𝗢𝗪!

Note: The entrance off of 1st Avenue (south side of building) is handicap accessible with a ramp/wheelchair lift.

SUNDAY CONCERT TICKET REMINDER:
Tickets for THIS Sunday's "Spring Fundraising Concert" will again be available tonight between 6PM -7PM in the lobby of Crossroads Christian Church (2312 Essington Road). Tickets are $15.00.

Any remaining tickets will be available at the door on the day of the concert at Old Central Church (15 S. Richards Street). Doors open at 2:15PM. Concert downbeat at 3:00PM. Come early and browse the diverse array of raffle baskets prepared by the various sections of the band!
