President Dr. Debra Upshaw, "As we approach 35 years of advocacy, empowerment, and community impact, we extend our heartfelt thanks to the NAACP Joliet Chapter for honoring us with the Community Involvement Award. This recognition affirms our ongoing work to uplift families, strengthen communities, and honor the legacy of service entrusted to us.
