Our 5th–8th grade youth recently visited Pilcher Park to participate in a variety of team-building activities. This experience provided a fun and engaging opportunity for Club members to strengthen important life skills, including communication, active listening, teamwork, empathy, and problem-solving. Through these activities, youth built stronger relationships with their peers while developing the social and emotional skills needed for success both in and out of the Club.

Thank you to Stores for hosting the Party Shop Live Event on Sunday, June 7th! Customers enjoyed cookie decorating, a store scavenger hunt, and product demonstrations throughout the event. The Boys & Girls Club of Joliet had the opportunity to visit a local store and connect with one of Michael's Store Managers, Nic!

As part of the event, Michaels collected donations to support their local Boys & Girls Club. We are grateful for their partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of America and their commitment to creating opportunities that help young people learn, grow, and thrive. Thank you for investing in the future of our youth and communities!

A heartfelt THANK YOU to Panda Express and the Panda Cares Foundation for their incredible partnership and continued support of our organization.

Because of this partnership, the Boys & Girls Club of Joliet has been able to enhance and expand our Project Learn program, providing youth with supplemental academic support and enriching learning opportunities that help them succeed both in and out of the classroom.

This dedicated space has also allowed us to host impactful events with community partners, creating meaningful experiences that encourage academic enrichment, leadership, cultural awareness, and personal growth for our young people.

We are truly grateful for this amazing partnership and the positive impact it continues to make in the lives of our youth and families. πŸ’™
