This week, we wrapped up the year 2025 at Fighting Chance NFP with our annual Holiday Party—and it was such a great time!

Delicious food, sweet treats, lots of fun, and most importantly, the joy and energy of our amazing youth made it truly special.

Our team is incredibly grateful for the families, volunteers, and supporters who continue to believe in and support our mission.

We’re excited for what’s ahead! 🥊

Out of everything I’ve done in boxing, this gotta be one of my proudest moments. Seeing Gabriel now trying to become a Navy SEAL brought tears of joy to my eyes.

When he first came in at 14, he was morbidly obese and had bad asthma. I remember that first day like it was yesterday — he couldn’t even run 20 steps without grabbing his pump. I had to sit him down in the waiting room ’cause I didn’t know if he was gonna pass out or die on me.

Now he’s 18, strong, and out here testing to become a Navy SEAL. This right here is what Fighting Chance is about!

📸 Summer 2025… That’s a Wrap! ☀️🥊📚

Yesterday marked the last day of our 2025 Summer Camp, and we’re still smiling from all the memories made! With two incredible 3-week sessions, our youth learned, grew, and thrived — pushing themselves in the ring, in group circles, and in life. ✨

We’re so proud of everything our campers accomplished, and now we’re shifting our focus to the school year ahead!

Looking for a safe, engaging, and empowering space for your child after school? 🥊📚💪 Fighting Chance NFP’s After-School Program is back and better than ever — supporting youth academically, emotionally, and physically through mentorship, fitness training, academic enrichment, life skills, and more.

Fighting Chance NFP’s After-School Program is accepting new students for the upcoming school year — but spots are limited!

🗓️ Program Days: Tuesday through Thursday
⏰ Time: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
📍 Located in Joliet, IL
👧🏾👦🏽 Serving youth ages 8 and up

What your child will gain:
✅ Boxing & Fitness training to build discipline and confidence
