Over the past several shifts, crews from 3-Unit have been conducting training on elevator operations and various rescue scenarios. Today, those crews were dispatched to an incident involving multiple individuals trapped in an elevator. Due to the complexity of the malfunction, personnel assisted in safely removing the occupants through the elevator car’s top access hatch. No injuries were reported, demonstrating the value and effectiveness of the recent training.

Great work, 3-Unit!
