The Beginnings Team will be Out of the Office today for our annual Staff Retreat. We're taking the time to be with one another and recharge, but will get back to you on Monday.

Tyler and Shaunna also traveled to the top of Cambria County today to introduce PA State Rep. Dallas Kephart to Beginnings and all the work our team does in the community.

So thank you to Rep Kephart for taking the time to learn about Beginnings’s mission and all the ways he can support our team!

Thank you to PA State Rep. Jim Rigby for hosting Shaunna from Early Intervention and Tyler from CASA this morning.

Meeting and chatting with our local legislators about funding and other ways to support Beginnings mission is crucial to ensuring we are serving as many children in the community as we can.

Taking a quick moment to highlight our friends and supports at United Way of the Southern Alleghenies and their Community Impact Committees.

Their commitment and loyalty in supporting our Parents as Teachers Program with their 2026 funding allocation ensures that evidence based and compassion forward home visits, resource connections, screenings, and group connections will continue for families and children across Somerset and Cambria counties!

Looking back with joy and appreciation at our 3rd Annual Brunch & Bloom fundraiser - enjoy these glimpses into the sweet morning we all shared.
