Goodwill’s reSTARt program supports young people ages 18–24 who have been personally impacted by the criminal justice system. Participants receive paid work experience, career readiness training, and one-on-one support while working toward long-term employment goals.

The program serves individuals in Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Fulton, Huntingdon, and Somerset Counties and surrounding areas, and referrals are welcome from family members, friends, service providers, or individuals themselves.
