I want to take a moment to thank every single person who volunteered their time, talent, and energy for the 5th Annual Project Kind Cut Winter Event. Your willingness to show up and serve our community means more than I can express.
After today, Project Kind Cut has officially provided over 500 free haircuts to individuals in need. That milestone is a direct reflection of the kindness, generosity, and heart of everyone involved.
To all of our barbers and stylists: thank you for stepping away from your busy schedules to give back using your skills. Your dedication brings confidence, dignity, and joy to so many people during the holiday season.
A very special thank-you to Dave at the barber school on 225 Washington Street for preparing all of the food for today. Your continued support and partnership mean the world.
To all of our volunteers—those who organized, greeted, served, and kept everything running smoothly—thank you for your time, your effort, and the positive energy you bring to this event year after year.
I also want to thank my brother, his girlfriend, my fiancée, and my family for always supporting me, standing by me, and encouraging me as we continue growing this project. Your love and support make all of this possible.
And a huge thank-you to my fiancée’s grandfather for bringing the magic to today as Santa. You made so many kids smile, and we are incredibly grateful.
And finally, thank you to everyone who came out this year. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to give back and serve our community during this holiday season.
