We are opening up the Haunted Jail tomorrow night but are in need of some costumed prisoners to help those who dare to enter… find their way out!

Looking for 2-4 who want to have fun and stay dry during the trick or treating.

Johnstown was established in 1813 but settled by the Green family, whom many in Johnstown today call ancestors, in 1806. To commemorate the 220th anniversary of their pilgrimage, let’s publish a cookbook.

The Johnstown Historical Society is seeking HEIRLOOM recipes for a Johnstown Family Cookbook.

From appetizers, soups, and salads to casseroles, bread, and desserts, whatever generational recipe was passed down to you, can now be a part of Johnstown History.

Please send us a recipe, your name, and the name of the person who passed it down or made it first.

We would also love for you to send us a story or a favorite memory of the dish and/or your ancestor.
