Happy retirement Todd

Congratulations Chief Todd Unislawski, on your retirement from fire service. 35 years you have committed to your local communities and we can’t just let you go without saying job well done.
Retired Chief Unislawski began at the SVFD as a junior firefighter when his father belonged. Todds parents Ralph & Phyllis both were long standing members. Once Todd graduated from Johnstown he joined the Air Force where he served as a professional firefighter in Alaska.

Along with his service in the Air Force Todd served as a member with the Matanuska-Susitna Borough. There he established him self as an instructor, engineer, and EMT. His service was greatly appreciated to the State of Alaska along with the United States Air Force. Once returning to New York, Todd came back to the SVFD where he became a dependable member earning his way up through the ranks.

Here’s to you Chief Unislawski, you can rest easy brother we got from here. Thank you for all you have given.
