Today marks the 24th anniversary of Johnny's passing. So many people were inspired by Johnny when he was sick to reach out to him and our family. Each year we ask our friends and family to honor Johnny's memory by doing an act of kindness to keep Johnny's memory and spirit alive.

“For those undergoing chemotherapy treatments, a blood transfusion might give them relief from some symptoms and improve their quality of life. Cancer patients use nearly 1/4 of the blood supply – more than patients fighting any other disease – but only 3% of Americans donate blood in a given year.” -The American Red Cross and American Cancer Society
