Congratulations to Dr. Robert Pack on his appointment as Dean of the ETSU College of Public Health! With nearly two decades at ETSU – including roles as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Executive Vice Provost – Dr. Pack brings a wealth of experience to this role.
