Tennessee Early Childhood Training Alliance at ETSU TECTA exists to provide professional development opportunities to those working in early childhood. www.tecta.info

The TECTA Articulated Professional Development system was established in 1992 by TSU's Center of Excellence for Basic Skills, renamed Center of Excellence for Learning Sciences (COELS) in January 2007. The ETSU-TECTA site was the first site to pilot the TECTA program. Our vision is to provide professional development that nurtures the growth of individuals in a community of learners through an art
