It was really rewarding and heartwarming to be part of this intergenerational PenPal program, "Generations at Bat." Thank you to Faith in Action Volunteers: Broome County Council of Churches Chapter, the Children's Home and the Binghamton Rumble Ponies for including our seniors. Thank you also to Muckles' Ink. for donating "Triplet" bags that we could fill with some cool merchandise for the kids! And thank you to WBNG 12 News for highlighting the story.

🚗 **Senior Safety Day at the Vestal Senior Center!** 🏠

Join us on Monday, August 24th for a special day focused on staying safe **in your home and on the road!**

🕦 **11:30 AM–12:30 PM:** Safety presentation covering tips for keeping yourself safe at home and while driving.

🚘 **12:30–2:30 PM:** **CarFit Event** in the parking lot! Get your vehicle checked to help ensure it’s properly adjusted for you.
