🎭 CALLING ALL Johnson Bayou and Hollybeach KREWE!! ⚜️

Let’s make some noise for our hometown !! The bayou is going golden. 🐊✨ We are thrilled to introduce The Golden Gators, the newest krewe on the block, and we’re building our inaugural lineup. We want you to be part of our history-making year. Secure your spot on the krewe!!

You’re welcome to invite others to be a member, but you MUST have lived in Johnson Bayou or Hollybeach at some point in your lifetime! We are representing the Communities of Johnson Bayou and Holly Beach, and the Descendants Thereof.

The Goal: Participating in a parade, starting a new float group, Mardi Gras Ball, Fundraisers.

The Vibe: Uniting old and new friends with an emphasis on bonding, creating, and celebrating together, regardless of your age or experience

The Commitment: Members are expected to participate in planning, safety, and logistics of all events to build a unique, shared experience.

Eligibility age: Any person over the age of 21 who are current residents, past residents or descendants of Johnson Bayou and Holly Beach, Louisiana, and who support the mission of the Krewe. The Krewe does not discriminate based on race, s*x, religion, s*xual orientation, or ethnicity.

Purpose:

· Promote fellowship, pride, tradition, and celebration among those who share a connection to these communities;
· Organize, host, and participate in social, ceremonial, and cultural events, including but not limited to an annual ball and related festivities;
· Preserve the legacy, customs, and spirit of Johnson Bayou and Holly Beach for present and future generations.
