POOL RULES
We have already signed up for the Johns Creek Police Department neighborhood watch for the summer. Please remember that the pool, tennis courts and clubhouse area are for Highgate residents and guests only. Guests must be accompanied by a Highgate resident. No kids under 12 allowed in pool area without an adult. Remember to clean up your area and close umbrellas when leaving. If you are the last to leave, turn off the radio, close & lock the bathrooms, and close & lock the gates.

CLUBHOUSE AREA
If you use the kitchen area, clean up after yourself. Turn off gas grill and cover. Take out trash. Wipe down counters. Also, there are already a few private parties scheduled at the clubhouse/pool. Please be courteous of neighbors when they are hosting these parties,

COMMON AREAS & NEIGHBORS YARDS
Please clean up after your dog
